My career has never followed a perfectly straight line, and I've learned that some of the most meaningful opportunities come from embracing the unexpected.

With a foundation in finance and accounting, I began my professional journey developing a deep understanding of how businesses operate, make decisions, and measure success.

Over time, I developed an equally strong interest in technology and how innovative systems can improve business processes and organizational performance.

​

Rather than choosing between finance and technology, I built a career connecting the two.

​

That combination became one of my greatest professional strengths.

Through roles spanning accounting, financial analysis, business systems, and enterprise planning technology, I've developed an approach grounded in understanding the business problem before designing the solution.

I hold a Finance degree from Norfolk State University, an MBA from North Carolina State University, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Today, as the founder of Major Concepts Consulting, I bring these experiences together to help organizations navigate complexity and move toward practical solutions.

Beyond consulting, I am passionate about sharing the lessons I've learned throughout my career: the importance of adaptability, recognizing your unique strengths, embracing change, and understanding that your journey does not have to look like anyone else's to be meaningful.
